The Adult Nihon Goshin Aikido classes are designed for real life situations and has been used by law enforcement agencies for decades because it is the most comprehensive program available for self-defense that allows you to safely bring a confrontation under control.

  • Judo & Jiu-Jitsu that emphasizes the use of large circles, small circles and leverage points on the human body to produce powerful throwing techniques and takedowns that are perfect for close quarters combat.

  • Shotokan Karate and Chang Hon Taekwondo that integrates the best and most versatile striking methods to vital areas of the human body with devastating knock-out power and pin point accuracy.

  • Nihon Goshin Aikido, an extrapolation of Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu for modern-day self-defense, which emphasizes controlling, pinning, throwing and maiming techniques that will allow a smaller person to overcome a larger adversary.

In addition, our adult Nihon Goshin Aikido self-defense classes are never mixed with children, which allows us to train harder and more realistic by removing the obvious size disparity between adults and children. Furthermore, this allows us to hone in on the content that is more pertinent to adults that would not be otherwise taught in a class setting with children.

Our Adult Nihon Goshin Aikido self-defense curriculum is fully accredited through the Nihon Goshin Aikido Federation!
